Offering protection to IP68 and completely non-toxic they cure in less than 10 minutes and have a working temperature of -60 to +180 degrees C (rubber +200 degrees C). As they are suitable for permanent submersion, they are ideal for balancing pressures thus reducing the risk of leaks.

They are ideal for installations up to 3Kv and offer a dielectric strength greater than 20Kv/mm. Maintenance is also made easier as the compounds are re-enterable; simply top up the mixture when work has been completed.

With an unlimited shelf life both compounds are fully COSHH, RoHS, WEEE and REACH compliant and the Silicone Gel is now approved for use within ATEX rated enclosures.
